At SkillNest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. If you are not satisfied with a course, we offer refunds under the following terms.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 days of purchase and you have completed less than 30% of the course content. Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted. If you have completed more than 30% of the course content, you are not eligible for a refund regardless of the time of request.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to joinskillnest@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request.” Please include your full name, registered email address, course name, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. Once a refund is processed, your access to the course will be revoked.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases: the refund request is made after 7 days from purchase, more than 30% of the course content has been accessed, the account was found sharing course content with others in violation of our Terms and Conditions, or a certificate of completion has already been issued.
Promotional and Discounted Purchases
Courses purchased at a discounted or promotional price are eligible for refund under the same terms as above. The refund amount will be the actual amount paid, not the original listed price.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course, please contact us at joinskillnest@gmail.com before requesting a refund. We will make every effort to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve a technical issue within 48 hours, you will be eligible for a full refund regardless of course completion percentage.
